White ham - Homemade

Our white ham, also known as cooked ham or Paris ham, is a very common charcuterie in France. It is made from pork leg, which is deboned, then salted or brined before being slowly cooked, it is distinguished by its pale pink color, obtained thanks to slow cooking. Its texture is tender and soft.
